To address this, a fixed-schema CDC architecture was designed to enable real-time transaction replication between central and overseas data centers. Challenge
The company operates MES systems across both domestic and international production sites and requires seamless data migration during equipment replacements and system upgrades, without any interruption to ongoing operations. With growing demands for real-time data synchronization with overseas facilities and high-volume transaction processing, traditional replication methods have proven insufficient to guarantee both data integrity and continuous service availability.
Solution
Designed a high-integrity CDC (Change Data Capture) structure to implement real-time transaction replication between central and overseas data centers. Applied a bidirectional replication structure so that data changes at each center are reflected on both sides without delay. Built a mechanism supporting integrity verification and non-stop transition, enabling safe data migration even during production activities.
