Public Institution H is required to operate public civil services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
System failures previously posed a risk of delayed recovery, potentially disrupting civil service processing and undermining public trust.

To address these challenges, the institution needed an operating architecture capable of automatic failure recovery, real-time transaction processing, and end-to-end operational visibility.

 

Solution

Public Institution H built a high-availability system based on an active-active clustered architecture using Oracle WebLogic Server.

The solution enabled uninterrupted civil service operations by supporting distributed transaction processing and centralized management through an integrated operations console.
In addition, the system was designed to provide automatic failover and real-time response capabilities, ensuring both operational stability and visibility even under high-volume service conditions.
