Challenge

K Bank operates internet banking and mobile financial services that process more than ten million transactions per day, where even minor delays or system issues can immediately impact customer satisfaction and trust. Performance degradation or bottlenecks at the Web Application Server (WAS) layer had a direct effect on overall service quality, yet the ability to detect and respond to such issues in real time was limited.
In addition, performance management practices varied across individual systems, making it difficult to establish a unified approach. Aligning performance monitoring with next-generation system initiatives and building a sustainable, enterprise-wide APM standard became a critical challenge.

 

Solution

To ensure stable operations and rapid incident response in a large-scale financial transaction environment, K Bank adopted JENNIFER as its enterprise-standard APM solution.
